Dates to remember:

Monday, February 21, 2011.	Application Deadline
Thursday, March 15, 2011..	Absence from ceremony deadline.
Friday, March 26, 2010 or Saturday March 26, 2011.	Latino Grad Ceremony.to be held at The Anderson City Hall.

 

 

 

Applications postmarked after Monday, February 21, 2011 not be accepted.

Under certain circumstances, scholars who cannot attend the ceremony may retain the award provided that a letter of explanation is submitted to the NHLC Scholarship Committee no later than Thursday, March 12, 2011..

The ceremony will take place Sunday, March 27, 2011.

Selected scholars will be able to invite family members and close friends to the ceremony.

It is the responsibility of the scholar to make all arrangement for the transfer of funds no later than September 26th, 2010. Scholars who fail to make arrangements for the transfer of funds by this deadline will forfeit the award.

The Northern Hispanic Latino Coalition Scholarship Committee offers funds to assist High School students who continue their schooling by enrolling in a higher education institution pursuing a baccalaureate degree in science, social or liberal arts.

Selected scholars will be invited to an acceptance ceremony..
